Requirement: Confident standing backbend
Build strength, control, and technique in foundational walkover skills.

🔹 Back Handsprings & Roundoff Back Handsprings
🕜 13:30 – 15:00
Requirement: Back walkover and roundoff
Develop power, rebound, and connection for essential tumbling passes.

🔹 Tucks to Twists
🕒 15:00 – 17:00
Requirement: Strong roundoff back handspring
Advance your skills with flight, rotation, and progression into twisting elements.
